Yes. Nanoplasty is formaldehyde-free and uses natural, plant-based ingredients including amino acids, organic acids, and proteins. There are no harsh chemical fumes during the treatment, making it a safer alternative to traditional straightening methods for both clients and stylists.
Nanoplasty is free from harsh chemicals and formaldehyde, making it safe during pregnanacy. However, we always recommend consulting with your doctor before proceeding with any treatment during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Nanoplasty works on virtually all hair types. From fine and wavy to thick, coarse, and highly textured. During your consultation, we assess your specific hair type, condition, and goals to tailor the treatment and formulation accordingly. Some highly resistant hair types may benefit from more than one session for maximum results.
Nanoplasty is not a permanent straightening treatment, but the results are long-lasting and behave differently to anything else out there. It works by softening the internal bonds of the hair (not breaking them, like permanent chemical straightening does), which means the smoothing effect holds for months and, in most cases, simply grows out from the root rather than washing out or suddenly reverting. The more sessions you have, the longer and more pronounced your results become, because the treatment is cumulative.
Due to the natural acids in the nanoplasty formula, previously tinted hair may lift 1 to 3 shades lighter. Nanoplasty is safe for blonde hair and can actually tone lighter shades beautifully. We'll discuss any potential colour impact during your consultation so there are no surprises.
You can tint or colour your hair 24 hours after your nanoplasty session. For bleaching or lightening, we recommend doing it at least 4 weeks before your nanoplasty appointment (preferred), or if that's not possible, waiting 4 weeks after treatment to give your hair time to recover.
Absolutely. Because nanoplasty doesn't use harsh chemicals to permanently alter your hair structure, you can still curl, wave, or heat-style your hair with irons after treatment. Your hair will simply return to its smooth, straight state once washed, giving you the best of both worlds.
Nanoplasty is a smoothing and straightening treatment. It eliminates frizz and delivers sleek, straight results. Hair botox is a deep conditioning and repair treatment. It smooths frizz and restores health but preserves your natural curl or wave pattern. If you want straight, go nanoplasty. You can wash your hair straight away after your nanoplasty treatment! There's no 3-day waiting period like traditional keratin. Just be careful not to crease or mark the hair (tying it up or tucking behind ears) before your first wash to avoid any kinks.
Use whatever works for your hair. Seriously. One of the many benefits of nanoplasty is that you don't need to overhaul your entire hair routine to maintain your results, no matter how many other salons tell you that you do. If your current shampoo and conditioner work well for you, keep using them. The treatment does the heavy lifting from the inside, so you can keep your routine simple and still enjoy beautiful results.
Yes, you can swim in both salt water and chlorinated pools after treatment. However, both can strip moisture from the hair over time. We recommend applying a leave-in conditioner or hair mask before swimming to protect your hair and help maintain your results for longer.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance through your Square booking confirmation. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us directly if you need to make a last-minute change.
